We're hiring an Engineering Project Manager at Zupt in Houston

Zupt designs, builds, and deploys specialized technologies to solve challenging engineering problems in offshore and subsea operations

This full-time, primarily office-based position manages engineering and product development projects for offshore and subsea operations, from initial concept through manufacturing, testing, and delivery.

The role is a key part of the engineering team, responsible for keeping projects on schedule, controlling costs, coordinating suppliers, managing client communications, and ensuring engineering deliverables meet a high standard. It requires collaboration across mechanical, electrical, and software engineering teams.

Projects move quickly, often progressing from initial concept to a fully operational system within aggressive timelines. We operate with a small, highly technical team where flexibility, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management and organizational skills with a practical understanding of engineering, manufacturing, and technology development.

Experience areas include

• Engineering project and product development management
• Project scheduling, budgeting, and resource tracking
• Procurement and vendor coordination
• Technical documentation and client deliverables
• Factory and Site Acceptance Testing (FAT/SAT)
