 We are excited to spotlight Steven Jackson-Jyles, Assistant Project Manager for Engineering Processes at Zupt.

Since joining Zupt in September 2022 as a Robotics Equipment Technician, Steven has continued to grow within the company while supporting engineering and operational efforts through project coordination, process improvement, documentation management, and cross-functional collaboration. His combination of hands-on technical experience, attention to detail, and collaborative approach helps improve workflows, strengthen project organization, and support efficient execution across teams.

After earning his Bachelor of Science in Applied Engineering Technology from the illustrious North Carolina A&T State University, Steven began his professional career at Zupt. He has helped improve project tracking, documentation consistency, inventory management, and overall operational efficiency through several internal process improvement efforts. His ability to simplify complex processes and support reliable execution continues to make a positive impact across the organization.

Steven currently holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and is actively working toward both his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and PMP certifications, with the CAPM serving as the first milestone toward his PMP goal. His commitment to continuous learning and process improvement reflects the mindset he brings to his work every day.
