Land/Onshore Solutions.

In the Land Survey market, our Backpack Portable Inertial Navigation Systems (B-PINS) provide positions and elevations with a post-processed accuracy comparable to what is achieved with RTK-GPS surveys. Comparisons to Reference systems such as LIDAR demonstrate this over and over.

The difference of course is that B-PINS functions well in all environments such as under jungle canopy, inside buildings –even underground- while the GPS signal is denied in those areas.

No line of sight is necessary: just walk to the survey points with the pack on your back, and record the position. All major industry standards are accepted and generated, and the data is compatible with most survey processing software.

Marine/Offshore Solutions

For Offshore, we are now developing an underwater vehicle navigation system with open architecture and compatibility that is available since Fall 2008.

Our Research & Development effort includes tight integration of multiple sensors with an inertial core for application in all onshore & offshore markets.

Export Controls

Our navigation systems contain Inertial Measurement Units which are defense articles and subject to the export controls of the US government. They may not be exported from the USA without the prior written approval of the US Department of State.
